  • Hold the stick at a 45-degree angle and light the tip with a match or candle, letting it burn or smolder for 30 seconds.
  • Gently blow out the flame, allowing the smoke to rise.
  • Move the stick in a clockwise motion around yourself or your space, visualizing the smoke sweeping away stagnant energy and filling the air with light and positivity. Set an intention for renewal and abundance.
  • Afterward, extinguish the bundle in a fire-safe dish for future use.
  • After the first few burns, carefully remove the crystal and or charm, taking care to keep the string holding the stick in place. Do not burn the crystal/charm.
